Offutt Air Force Base, located in Bellevue, Nebraska, just south of Omaha, is a cornerstone of America’s national security and strategic deterrence. Beyond the major commands, Offutt hosts other vital units like the 557th Weather Wing, which provides centralized weather support to the Air Force and Army, and the 595th Command and Control Group, which operates the E-4B National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC). The base’s diverse missions require a highly skilled workforce of military members from all services, DoD civilians, and contractors, all working in a high-stakes, joint environment.
